Vibration-free storage
Even small vibrations can disturb wines in their maturation process and prevent tannin from depositing. Specially developed compressors with extremely low vibrations mean that wines can be stored gently in all cellars.

Ideal air humidity
The right humidity is a very important factor for preserving wine. In this way the cork remains soft and does not dry out. To keep the cork, even from the inside, as moist as possible, wines should be stored horizontally. With humidity above 50%, wine cellars guarantee ideal conditions.

Two height-adjustable feet
For maximum stability. Thanks to the height-adjustable feet, your wine cellar can be optimally aligned and therefore adapts perfectly even to uneven surfaces. You can therefore be sure that the door will always close hermetically, there will be no heat infiltration, no condensation will form and that the storage conditions will remain constant, thus safeguarding the quality of your wines.

Display language
It's easy to communicate with your climate-controlled wine cellar. Simply choose one of the nine languages on the touch display: DE, EN, FR, ES, IT, NL, CS, PL, PT – and you can operate your Liebherr in the language you prefer. Ganz einfach. Quite simple. It's simple.

Display lock with security code
Everything under control. Protecting your wine collection with a door lock is essential, but it is equally important to prevent unauthorized use of your climate controlled wine cellar. The new display block, which can be activated via menu, offers a particularly reliable solution. The three-digit PIN safeguards the settings and, consequently, the optimal conditions for the wine.

Door alarm
If the door of your air-conditioned wine cellar remains open for more than 60 seconds, the door alarm is triggered. This is an audible alarm accompanied by a flashing light on the equipment. This allows you to react as quickly as possible, in order to maintain optimal storage conditions for your wines.

EasyFill loading aid
The EasyFill filling aid ensures that the wine cellar door remains open from an angle of 90°, making filling particularly easy. And thanks to the SelfClosing automatic closing mechanism, the door closes by itself when the opening angle is less than 90° – gently as is appropriate for fine wines.

FreshAir activated carbon filter
To ensure that wine is aged under optimal air quality conditions, all Liebherr air-conditioned wine cellars are equipped with an activated carbon filter that reliably neutralizes all types of odors. In other words, the wine will retain its bouquet unchanged. To make this happen, your Liebherr will remind you to change the filter every 6 months, an operation that you can do yourself.

HumiditySelect
Don't let the caps crumble. With HumiditySelect you can adjust two humidity levels on the display of the GrandCru models: standard and high. A simple and at the same time effective function, if we consider that at an optimal level of humidity the caps seal the bottles perfectly.

LED lighting from above
Your favorite wine should always be easy to find. For this reason, our models with solid doors are equipped with LED lighting from above, which illuminates the entire internal compartment, highlighting your wine collection in the best possible way. The LEDs are located on the front, so that no bottle is in the shade. And, for equipment equipped with glass doors, the presentation lights will attract the eye even when the door is closed.

Mechanical door lock, can be installed at a later time
Don't leave your treasures unattended. Collectible wines are, in principle, valuable investments and, as such, must be protected. That's why the GrandCru climate-controlled wine cellar can be retrofitted with a mechanical door lock, allowing you to always control who accesses your precious wines.

Neck-to-neck arrangement for maximum bottle capacity
With a Liebherr climate-controlled wine cellar it is easy to organize even growing wine collections. To make full use of its capacity, the internal compartment has been designed so that it is possible to arrange the bottles neck by neck on the wooden shelves. That is to say: even if wine supplies increase, the space available is still sufficient.

Blackout alarm
Our air-conditioned cellars offer the same ideal conditions as a traditional wine cellar for the expert conservation of valuable collections. However, as we cannot rule out the possibility of power outages, we have equipped all our equipment with an alarm function. If critical events occur, you will be informed with certainty.

Precise temperature regulation
If it is not stored at the right temperature, the wine can deteriorate and suffer drops in quality. The precise electronic control ensures that the required temperature remains constant in the Liebherr wine cellar. It can be set with maximum precision between +5 °C and +20 °C. The current temperature appears on the display.

Presentation light
Show off your wines in the best possible way with the presentation light in your air-conditioned cellar. For units with glass doors, the light may remain on even when the door is closed. In this way, your wine collection will always attract all eyes. The brightness can be adjusted separately with the SmartDevice application and the display.

Metal rear wall
An internal compartment worthy of your wines. The wooden shelves combined with an elegant metal back wall in graphite gray ensure that the interior of the GrandCru climate-controlled wine cellar is an eye-catcher, even when it is empty. Furthermore, the rear wall is not only a design element, but also provides for the complex circulation of air and elegantly separates the wines from the technological components behind them.

Replaceable door seal
Every detail meets the highest standards and, in this, the door seal is no exception. It always guarantees the airtightness of the door, for optimal storage conditions at any time. If necessary, it can be easily replaced in a few simple steps. This way, your air-conditioned wine cellar will always be impeccable and hygienically clean.

SabbathMode
All activities must stop on the Sabbath – and the same goes for electrical equipment. And your Liebherr abides by this rule. In SabbathMode, all lights in the GrandCru wine cellar are turned off, as are all sounds and the display. After 80 hours, SabbathMode automatically turns off.

SelfClosing Door with EasyFill function
Thanks to the SelfClosing mechanism, the cellar door closes automatically when the opening angle is less than 90°, delicately as is appropriate for fine wines. The practical EasyFill function ensures that the door remains open from an angle of 90° to allow you to fill the cellar easily.

SmartDevice Box, which can be integrated at a later time
Always keep an eye on your wines, wherever you are. Thanks to the SmartDevice box available as an accessory, the GrandCru wine cellar can be quickly configured in a network. You will thus benefit from all the advantages of the SmartDevice application. Regardless of where you are at the time, you will have access to the equipment and can view and change settings, such as temperature, on the go. The app also sends safety information about the equipment and wines to your smartphone.

Temperature alarm
Your Liebherr constantly monitors the temperature in the device and with the temperature alarm warns you acoustically and visually of any deviations from the set value. The display also shows exactly how many degrees the temperature has dropped or increased, allowing you to intervene in the event of an unlikely instability.

TempProtect Plus
With TempProtect Plus, our climate controlled wine cellars constantly measure the temperature with two sensors. In this way your wines will be doubly protected from temperature variations. In fact, you will be alerted as soon as one of the sensors detects a significant alteration in temperature, allowing you to intervene promptly.

Touch display
The use of the air-conditioned wine cellar is more pleasant than a summer wine. The excellent design quality of the LC touch display allows you to easily select all functions. The menu items are well laid out and all you need to select them is a light tap with a finger. Even easier is the simple control of the temperature, as it is permanently displayed on the display.

UVProtect Plus
For long-term storage, climate-controlled wine cellars equipped with glass doors offer unprecedented protection from UV rays: three protective layers of smoked glass and a double layer of metal made by vacuum deposition. Height-adjustable wooden shelf
