Pastamatic 1593 is Ariete's electric pasta machine which, thanks to a side motor stretches the dough into automatic mode. You can choose between 9 different thickness levels of the pastry. Once you have rolled out the pasta, you can prepare homemade lasagna, tagliatelle, tagliolini, but also stuff fresh pasta to create ravioli, tortellini or any type of filled pasta. With the car for pasta you will also have it available 2 stainless steel rollers to cut pasta into 5 different shapes: lasagna, pappardelle, fettuccine, tagliatelle and tagliolini. Using them is very simple, just mount a roller on the body of the pasta machine and operate the motor: in a few moments your fresh pasta will turn into the shape you want and will be ready to be dried, cooked and seasoned. The electric pasta machine in a few steps it also becomes a manual pasta maker , just remove the motor from its seat and apply the crank to pull the dough by hand.
