Manual:
- Full coverage 38 mm multi-slat system
- Rest surface with 2 joints with manual adjustment
Motorized:
- Multi-slat system with two 38 mm slats flush with the frame
- Rest surface with 4 joints
- Double motorization
The details that make the difference
Frame : sturdy plywood structure with dovetail corner joints and elegant tapered feet.
Suspensions : HYTREL® multi-cell shock absorbers placed above the frame profile, to promote more active springing of the individual slats.
Sleeping surface : multi-slat system with suspensions that house two 38 mm slats to completely cover the frame. In the lumbar-sacral area the slats are equipped with rigidity adjusters for customizing the loads.
Motorization : double motorization with push-button panel, for millimetric adjustment of the risers with independent movements of the headboard and footboard. The motors used are certified by the manufacturing companies according to the main international standards in force.

Sleep System by Astolfi 1963
At the base of the Sleep System there is a base designed to make you rest well and for a long time and to make the mattress last over time. To best perform its support function, the bed base is made up of a solid and robust frame and slats with excellent elasticity .
Networks
The slatted base is a fundamental component of the Astolfi 1963 Sleep System because it supports the mattress adequately, thus also allowing for correct body posture. For our mattresses we offer a single high quality solution: small and numerous slats, reinforced in the lumbar area , are arranged in such a way as to guarantee effective support of the mattress and the body.
