BROOKLYN by Devina Nais is a rectangular table with clean and rigorous lines and sharp corners, which stands out for the significant thickness of the top , equal to 10 cm, and for the imposing proportions of the legs , which have a perfectly square section of 20x20 cm: a structure with a simple and natural appearance, in which the legs integrate with the top without hesitation. It is up to the different orientations of the wood grain to create chromatic variations and make the complexity of the underlying workmanship visible.

Proposed here in the extendable variant , the table is entirely made of solid oak wood , characterized by streaks of various shades of color ranging from brown to purplish red, by splits along the fibres, even very dark in colour, and by the strong presence of knots, some of which are also slightly recessed and furrowed. The uniqueness of the raw material combined with the mastery of craftsmanship make each table a truly unique piece , amplifying its value and character.

Achievable in 13 natural open-pore finishes , designed to best enhance the natural grain of the wood, its real colours, its irregularities and its strength, the table is available with a length of 200 or 250 cm and is supplied as standard of two extensions which, in a few moments, allow you to extend the table by 50 or 100 cm depending on your needs. The independent extensions remain hidden from view thanks to the guide covering system, invariably in solid wood.

Attention: unlike the top, made of textured oak, the extensions are made of veneered oak, also available with a lacquered finish. Since even if ordered in the same finish as the top, there may be obvious differences, the company recommends ordering the extensions in a contrasting finish . The wood grain of the extensions has the same direction as the wood grain of the top.
