- Bridge/Flexi Zone : this function allows you to combine two cooking zones and use them at the same power.
- Boiling : function that allows you to bring water to the boil and keep it at this state with lower energy consumption.
- Bain-marie : function that allows you to bring food to an ideal temperature for melting, without the risk of burning.
- Keep warm : function that allows you to keep food at an ideal temperature after cooking is complete or to slowly evaporate liquids and serve food at the ideal temperature.
- Gentle cooking : function that maintains a low temperature to cook food for a long time without the risk of burning. Ideal for prolonged cooking.
- Cookassist/special functions : with this function you can activate preset cooking modes that automatically select the ideal power level for perfect results every time.
- Grilling : function that allows you to grill foods based on their thickness. When the ideal temperature for inserting food is reached, the hob emits an acoustic signal. The hob then stabilizes the temperature reached, keeping it constant.
- Moka : function designed for use with the moka pot.
- Pan frying : function to preheat an empty pan or one with seasoning.
