FUNCTIONS
- Static cooking : to cook any type of dish on one shelf only. It is preferable to use the 2nd level.
- Ventilated cooking : for cooking desserts with liquid filling on a single shelf. This function can also be used for cooking on two shelves. Invert the position of the food to obtain a more homogeneous cooking.
- Thermo-ventilated cooking : to cook different foods that require the same cooking temperature on several shelves at the same time. This function allows you to cook without transmitting odors from one food to another.
- Grill : for grilling ribs, kebabs and sausages, browning vegetables or browning bread.
- Turbo grill : for roasting large pieces of meat.
- Preheating : to preheat the oven quickly.
- Maxi Cooking : for cooking large cuts of meat (over 2.5 kg).
- Cookassist : this function allows you to cook all types of food fully automatically.
- Pyrolytic cleaning : allows to eliminate the residues generated by cooking with a very high temperature cycle.
