Ilve's A/006 grill pan is a solid cast iron plate designed to be used on top of gas burners . Available with a smooth or ridged surface depending on the model chosen, the griddle is designed for cooking foods that are usually grilled such as steaks, fish and skewers. The smooth plate is ideal for grilling scones, eggs and pancakes, while the ribbed plate is perfect for searing meats such as sausages, chicken breasts and steaks, allowing the fats to flow into the groove at the front of the plate.
