ILVE's G / 040 lid is an accessory to be used on top of the Fry Top plate to contain steam and keep dishes softer.
Indispensable for lovers of Japanese "Tepanyaki" cuisine, the lid has a "dome" shape and is compatible with all Ilve hobs and hobs equipped with a Fry Top, with the exception of Pro Line hobs.
