DESCRIPTION
The infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ can be used to perfectly sear meats or to create sides and sauces while the main grill is in operation. This 18-inch (46 cm) pop-up infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ dual burner offers plenty of space to cook succulent steaks to restaurant-quality perfection. Crafted from the same premium marine-grade stainless steel as the 700 Series built-in grills, this pop-up side burner will complement your custom outdoor kitchen. These burners offer elegant longevity and are built with ease of installation in mind. The virtually maintenance-free 7.5mm cooking grates produce the iconic WAVE™ sear marks that tell you your meal was cooked on a Napoleon. Light the burners with one hand using the JETFIRE™ instant ignition system . The ergonomic control knobs feature SafetyGlow, which provides ambiance and safety by glowing a beautiful blue and changing to red when the burners are operating. The N370-1091-SER Power Kit is required for all 700 Series Built-In Burners used in a 700 Series Built-In Grateless application to power the control knobs.
