SHEER SPECIAL Sofa by Samoa
The SHEER sofa by Samoa is a model that belongs to the "Essential Handy" collection , a project of shapes inspired by simplicity to interpret the thoughts of contemporary furniture.

Characterised by a minimalist design made up of interlocking volumes , the Sheer sofa wins you over with the detail of the vertical cushion placed next to the armrest which, in addition to providing an enveloping seat, gives the sofa an unmistakable personality.

The Sheer sofa is available in two versions, the standard version, with 4 or 5 cm high feet, and the SPECIAL version proposed here which, thanks to the considerable height of the feet, equal to 14 cm , interprets a modern essentiality and lightens the volumes of the sofa, as well as simplifying cleaning operations, allowing you to easily access the floor underneath.

The Sheer Special sofa is equipped as standard with the pin-shaped "Link" metal feet ; however, for a small additional charge it is possible to combine the sofa with the bold and modern "Bill" metal feet , the "Model" metal feet , the "Willy" metal feet , with a hairpin shape or the "Equal" foot , a square-section tubular metal structure, which frames and embellishes the entire base of the sofa.

The sofa is proposed here in the linear version (in 5 sizes), in the version with bench and in the version with peninsula (right or left) ; Sheer Special is also available in many other sizes and formats that allow you to create the most varied combinations, to furnish with maximum freedom: consult the technical sheet to discover the various options and choose the ones best suited to your space!

The Sheer Special sofa can be covered with various types of fabric, leather or eco-leather; upon request, through our customer service, it is possible to make the sofa with a two-tone finish , choosing a covering for the cushions (of the seats, backrests and armrests) and one for the structure. In the fabric version, the sofa is completely removable, while in the leather or eco-leather version it is partially removable.

Structure: seasoned and agglomerated wood with non-deformable D 30 polyurethane foam padding, completely covered in 300 g polyester wadding.
Seat springing: 80 mm elastic polypropylene fibre and latex bands, mechanically tensioned.
Seat cushions: in non-deformable polyurethane foam D 30, covered in polyester wadding.
Back cushions: in non-deformable polyurethane foam D 18, covered in polyester wadding.
Armrest cushions: in non-deformable polyurethane foam, covered in polyester wadding.
Covers: fully removable in fabric, partially removable in leather and eco-leather. In the leather-covered version there may be additional stitching.
Bed system: not available.

- The position of the bench/peninsula must be indicated by looking at the sofa from the front.
- In the sofa with bench L 257 cm, the bench is reversible.
- The sofa with right/left bench L 290 cm is made up of two separate elements, namely the right/left side sofa L 187 cm and the right/left bench L 103 cm.
- The sofa with right/left corner peninsula with pouf is made up of two separate elements, namely the right/left side sofa W 187 cm and the right/left corner peninsula with pouf W 92 cm.
