Bridge function : allows you to use a large pan by combining adjacent cooking zones.
STOP&GO function : allows you to temporarily interrupt the energy supply to the induction hob, temporarily pausing cooking. Once deactivated, the cooking zones will resume operation with the initial settings.
Automatic temperatures : allows you to keep food warm. The temperature will remain constant at 70°C for 2 hours.
Low temperature cooking : the new Schock® hobs are equipped with 4 preset temperatures that allow you to slowly cook at low temperatures, for more tender and tasty dishes.
Power Management : The Power Management system allows you to reduce or increase the power of the hob from 1/1.4 kW to 7.4 kW.
