PLUS AND FUNCTIONS
Energy class A : Schock® can boast maximum energy efficiency thanks to its ovens, all in class A, synonymous with attention to the environment and energy saving.
Cold door : Schock® ovens equipped with triple glass allow for a reduction in heat on the external part of the oven, preserving the furniture and any condensation.
Extra-large cavity : larger cavities without compromising energy efficiency. Schock® ovens allow you to have up to 4 cooking levels at the same time, preparing multiple dishes or large quantities of food, saving time and energy.
Pizza : allows you to cook pizza as if in a wood-fired oven.
Rapid heating : allows you to reach a temperature of 200°C in a short time.
Traditional cooking : the heat is produced by the lower or upper resistance.
Grill : used for gratinating. Suitable for grilling thin meats.
Fan grill : the grill combined with the fan spreads the heat evenly
Grill + Rotisserie : allows you to brown the outer layer without altering the inner part. Combined with the rotisserie, it is ideal for larger meats.
Double grill : allows you to brown larger surfaces than with the grill.
Double ventilated grill : allows for uniform cooking and excellent surface browning.
Fan assisted : The heat from the lower and upper heating elements is fan assisted.
Circular resistance + fan : the hot air, produced by the rear circular resistance, is ventilated.
Fan defrosting : the fan is operated without resistance.
Eco : the ECO function optimizes consumption by ensuring energy savings. It is ideal for frozen and pre-cooked dishes or portioned meals.
Chrome-plated side guides : stable and resistant, the guides of SCHOCK® ovens are equipped with stops for safe and easy extraction of grills and baking trays.
Titanium internal enamel : the new powder enamel, treated at very high temperatures, has a reduced porosity which makes it similar to glass, ensuring ease of cleaning and a guarantee of durability over time.
