EXTENDABLE BALTIK table by Sedit

The BALTIK EXTENDABLE table by Sedit is an elegant choice with a strong decorative impact , perfect for both modern environments and those with a contemporary or retro feel. Solid and versatile, Baltik stands out for its original base , the result of Sedit's constant research into offering furniture that can arouse emotions and create ever-changing atmospheres; in addition to being an important design element, the central base is also appreciated for its practicality in everyday use, making it easier to add seats at the table without having to worry about the legs getting in the way of diners, who can therefore sit down in complete comfort.

The Baltik table, shown here in the extendable version , is available with three different types of extension , namely:

- with One System opening system, thanks to which, in a few simple steps, the table increases in size and style: two brackets on each side are placed under the table top and, when necessary, come out with a sliding movement. The extensions are placed and hooked onto the guides but, when they are not needed, they are removed to be stored in a space of your choice, while the brackets retract.

- with New Up System opening system, a very practical system that allows you to extend the table without sacrificing style: two extensions are placed under the table top, at the ends of a sliding track. To extend the table, you need to slide the track outwards and raise it slightly: in this way the extensions come out and position themselves flush with the main top.

- with Evo System opening system, an innovative extension system that puts functionality first without sacrificing aesthetics: the two lateral extensions, and the entire mechanism that allows them to open, are inside an elegant structure that contains everything. To extend the table, simply pull the handle on the head of the table and, with two fingers, lift the extension: the mechanism will automatically bring the extension into contact with the top and the profile.

Available with a rectangular top or, in the case of the "New Up System" extension, also with an oval shape (also called "barrel"), or with slightly curved long sides, the Baltik table has a metal frame painted with epoxy powders, available in the standard matt finishes Chalk White, Anthracite and Mud , and in over 20 optional finishes available at an additional cost. In the table with the New Up System extension system, the extension mechanism is made as standard with a white, anthracite or mud finish depending on the finish chosen for the base (see specifications in the product images); exclusively on request, through our customer service, it is possible to make the mechanism with a different finish from the standard one, choosing it from the three finishes listed above.

Depending on the type of extension, the table top can be made in various material textures with a wood, stone, concrete or lacquered effect, as well as in ceramic (Elegance or Premium), glass (transparent or smoked), back-printed "Glass Decor" glass , with intriguing stone-effect finishes.

For the tables with “Premium” ceramic top, “ball” extensions are available, with an additional cost, that is, extensions in glossy ceramic that follow the grain of the top (option not available for the tables with “Elegance” ceramic top).
