Gemini by Tomasella is a double bed characterized by geometric and linear shapes and capable of combining comfort and elegance in a unique way.
Simple and balanced in its proportions, the Gemini bed stands out for the sophisticated design of its headboard, composed of a padded and upholstered panel and two additional cushions, placed on top of the main panel, designed to offer the maximum level of comfort to those who love to sit in bed to read or watch TV.

Capable of adding a touch of refinement to any environment, the Gemini bed can be covered in fabric, eco-leather, linen or leather , carefully selected materials and offered in a wide range of finishes that blend perfectly with current interior design trends; the additional headboard cushions can be made in the same color or in contrast with the main covering, allowing you to create unique and exclusive color plays.
Completely removable , the bed is not back-finished as standard, but this option is available upon request, with a small additional charge.

Available exclusively in the double size , in 5 sizes , the Gemini bed is available in two variants , namely:

A. Variant with/without bed base: this variant includes only the bed frame (headboard, bed frame and feet) with adjustable supports for bed bases of various thicknesses; the bed can be purchased without bed base or with an orthopedic bed base with a 5 cm high anti-vibration metal frame and wooden slats (46 38 mm birch slats in the 160x200 cm size).

B. Variant with bed base and container: this variant includes the headboard, the bed frame, the feet and an orthopaedic bed base with a 5 cm high anti-vibration metal frame and wooden slats (46 38 mm birch slats in the 160x200 cm size), underneath which there is a practical space-saving container compartment (ideal for storing, for example, blankets, duvets, pillows, bed linen, storage boxes, etc.). The beds in this variant are equipped as standard with the standard lifting system , a mechanism that allows you to manually raise the bed base and mattress to a vertical position, making the container compartment accessible.

The Gemini bed belongs to the Dream System collection, a family of beds that adapts to people's needs to create a "tailor-made sleep" and guarantee a unique rest experience, offering the possibility of choosing and customizing not only the upholstery but every single component of the bed, namely:

> bed frame : the beds in the Dream System collection are available with a 20 or 25 cm high bed frame; the 20 cm high bed frame is combined with 13 cm high feet , while the 25 cm high bed frame is combined with 9.5 cm high feet . > feet: the beds of the Dream System series are offered as standard with the Wood foot , with a cylindrical shape, but with a small price increase, it is possible to complete the bed with one of the following types of optional feet:
- Victor foot , with a conical shape and inclined cut, which gives the bed a modern note of great impact;
- Blade foot , with a comma shape, for a bold and captivating look;
- Tower foot , with a conical shape and a gently sloping cut, with a Nordic flavour;
- Ginger foot, with a contemporary and versatile cut, easily combinable with different furnishing styles.
All feet are available with anthracite or chalk white finish .

- the beds of the Dream System series in the variant with/without slatted base , in addition to the fixed slatted base with metal frame, can also be accessorized with a fixed slatted base with wooden frame or with a slatted base with metal frame with reclining headboard or headboard and footboard ; the various types of optional slatted bases are available exclusively on request through our customer service. As an alternative to the slatted base, it is possible to customize the bed with the innovative Boxspring rest system by Tomasella, a pocket spring base, purchasable on our website, which supports the mattress and is composed of multiple layers of materials that work in synergy to maximize comfort;

- the beds of the Dream System series in the variant with base and container can be customized with different types of bases and/or optional lifting systems, which vary depending on the height of the bed frame;
in addition to the standard slatted base (fixed with metal frame), the beds with a 20 cm high bed frame can be accessorised with a fixed slatted base with wooden frame or with a slatted base with metal frame and reclining headboard , while the beds with a 25 cm high bed frame can be accessorised with a fixed slatted base with wooden frame or with a slatted base with metal frame and headboard or with reclining headboard and footboard .

> lifting mechanisms:
the beds of the Dream System series in the variant with base and container and bed frame H 25 cm can be accessorized with the Pratiko lifting system , an optional system that allows you to raise the base and mattress both in a vertical and horizontal position, to waist height, facilitating not only access to the container compartment, but also making the bed. The peculiarity that distinguishes it from imitations is above all the simple movement, without intermediate steps, to raise and lower the base surface, and for the fact that it is silent and efficient: its descent in the final part is slowed down and controlled thanks to the new "soft-stop" system. This principle of sliding at the front and patented, makes it unique in its kind and gives it great simplicity of use.
In the case of beds with a Boxspring base, it is possible to purchase, through our customer service, the electric lifting mechanism that can be controlled with a remote control.
