The PureBlu burner system distinguishes this barbecue from all others thanks to the exclusive tapered burners that generate homogeneous flames and uniform heat across the entire cooking surface . The flames are directed above the raised gas outlet orifices, while the food residues fall below, minimizing any blockages and ensuring the barbecue always lights up.
