Superior heat retention
Enamelled lid, bowl and center section retain heat for even smoking. The finish also prevents rust, cracking and peeling while resisting high temperatures.

Precise heat control
Control the temperature of the smokehouse by simply adjusting the air valves. Fully closing the air valve will cut off the flow of oxygen and help extinguish the charcoal.

Extra smoking capacity
The two cooking grates provide ample space for simultaneously smoking several large items, such as a turkey and two layers of ribs.

Lid thermometer
The built-in thermometer in the lid displays the internal temperature of the barbecue, so you know exactly when to adjust the heat.
