The warmth and comfort of Doimo mattresses can be enhanced by the possible combinations with coordinated toppers, developed to offer additional softness and personalize comfort.
The Topper Colors is quilted with regular checks and is available in two types of padding :
- Kapok : the lightest fiber in the world, also called silk or vegetable cashmere;
- Hypoallergenic : Dacron polyester technical fiber, breathable, elastic and with high hypoallergenic and antibacterial characteristics.
Perfectly matched to the mattress, it comes in the same shades Musk green, Sand gray and Wood brown and, thanks to a specially designed non-slip fabric, it can be placed on top of the mattress without using buttons and elastic, while remaining stable.
It is washable in cold water.
