The SurroundCook® 600 Series oven cooks evenly. Forced air circulation allows dishes to be prepared at a temperature 20% lower than in traditional recipes. Also, there is no need to turn the dishes or place them on a different level. This is a real saver of time and energy.
Multilevel cooking
The hot air circulation allows you to bake up to 3 levels at the same time, the perfect solution for preparing shortbread and gingerbread.
pyrolysis
In the pyrolysis process, the oven burns fat and dirt into fine powder at a temperature of 500°C, which can be removed with a cloth. This allows you to keep the room perfectly clean without scrubbing or using detergents.
