Features:
> III series burners - III ^ series burners: 20% gas savings. They guarantee an efficiency well above European standards. Moreover, the better combustion of the gas allows to develop greater powers. From a safety point of view, the locking system between the lid and the flame spreader guarantees perfect positioning and greater practicality in cleaning.
> Special burners - Many Foster tops are equipped with special burners, with two or three rings of fire that greatly increase the power supplied and the heated surface directly. In the DUAL models, the two fire rings are independent, making these burners perfect for both intensive and delicate cooking.
> Safe cooking - All Foster tops are equipped with safety valves which, in the event of accidental extinguishing of the flame, interrupt the gas supply in very fast times.
> Ultra- flat - Ultra- flat models are the classic example of the combination of aesthetics and functionality. Elegant grids, which form a single large surface, on which to move the pans safely.
> Inclined recess - A deep and sloping recess accommodates the burners and grids, allowing the latter to create a single work surface. The inclination of the basin also makes it extremely easy to clean the edges.
> Cast iron grids - Cast iron is the perfect material for the grill of a hob due to the many properties that distinguish it: high thermal capacity which improves the cooking yields; weight and stability that improve safety; sturdiness that maintains the original appearance over time; ease of cleaning.
> Under-knob ignition - Maximum freedom of movement with electric under-knob ignition, a feature common to all models, which allows the activation of the flame with just one hand
