Cook burgers, roast chicken or smoke pulled pork with just one BBQ. This 3-in-1 charcoal barbecue is capable of slow grilling, roasting or smoking with just a few simple adjustments.

Smoking ring and diffuser plate
Place the carboe inside the ring for efficient fuel burn when smoking. The diffuser plate is placed over the ring to divert heat from the food, keeping the temperature low and constant for long cooking and smoking times.

Bracket for iGrill
Easily mount your iGrill (sold separately) to the fire pit handle. Buy a connected thermometer with the iGrill app for perfectly grilled and smoked food every time.

Hinged lid
The lid is hinged for convenience and can be removed to use the rotisserie.

Gourmet BBQ System cooking grate
Remove the circular grill insert and replace it with a griddle, poultry holder, pizza stone, or one of the many Gourmet BBQ System accessories. The hinged grates make it easy to add charcoal while cooking on the grill.

Superior heat retention
The enamelled lid and bowl retain heat for a constant temperature and even cooking. The finish also prevents rusting, cracking and flaking of the paint, and resists high baking temperatures.
