On an electric barbecue you can do all the things you do on other Weber grills, and the food will taste just as delicious.
It is ready to use shortly after plugging it into a 230V power outlet and saves you from having to deal with hot coal or worrying about having enough gas. Once you're done cooking, cleaning is easy.
Just unplug it, empty the grease and juices from the aluminum tray if necessary, and brush the grill. It's easy, it's fun, and the power is at the highest level.
